Antonia Mulvey is an international lawyer with over 25 years of experience in international human rights, refugee, and criminal law, specializing in gendered crimes. She is the founder and Executive Director of LAW, a frontline legal organisation working in conflict affected areas providing people centred transformative justice to those who have suffered from human rights violations and international crimes, many of whom have suffered from conflict related sexual violence. She has represented victims/survivors from Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Ethiopia, Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, Ukraine, Occupied Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Turkey and Iraq. She is a former UN investigator who specialized in sexual violence crimes and crimes against children. Previously, Antonia has led rule of law and access to justice programmes for the UN and held academic positions as a Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics and Visiting Scholar at Columbia University Law School.
