Eleonora Serpi is the Global Co-coordinator of the Housing, Land and Property Areas Responsibility (a.i) of the Protection Cluster and an Associate Programme Management Officer within the Land, Housing and Shelter Section of UN-Habitat. She is an international development and land governance professional specializing in housing, land, and property rights. Since 2020, she has worked with UN-Habitat and the Global Land Tool Network, providing technical and coordination support on housing, land and property issues and promoting the use of fit-for-purpose land administration tools and approaches to strengthen land governance. Her work contributes to advancing UN-Habitat’s land and conflict portfolio at global and at regional level, in the Arab States. She also works on advancing practical and context-specific solutions to strengthen women’s access to land and housing in Muslim-majority and fragile settings.
