is a South Sudanese peacebuilder with a degree in
International Relations and Affairs from Beijing International Studies University. She has
over five years of experience in peacebuilding, civic education, and community
development.
She has worked with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of
South Sudan, the South Sudan Women’s Coalition for Peace, EVE Organization for
Women Development, and the Technical Committee on the Establishment of
Commission for Truth, Healing and Reconciliation. In these roles, she has coordinated
programs, led civic education campaigns, managed communications, and supported
policy development.
With strong skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural
communication, Elizabeth brings a thoughtful and inclusive approach to her work. She is
currently part of the Youth Peace Mediators’ Mentoring Programme, a year-long
initiative led by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Finland and South Africa that gathers
young peacebuilders from across the globe.
