Rashed Hamad Al-Naemi

Commander of the Strategic Studies Centre, Qatar

Major-General Rashed Hamad Al-Naemi has held key roles in the Air Forces of Qatar, including Office Director to the Commander, Administration Wing Commander, and Deputy Director of Supply Management. He has played a significant role in international military cooperation as Director of Military Cooperation and Qatar Liaison Officer to the Gulf Cooperation Council. He also directed the Directorate of International Studies and led the Strategic Studies Centre.
He earned a PhD in Political Science from Port Said University in Egypt and a master’s degree in strategic management from Mutah University in Jordan. He has also been active in international seminars and conferences.
Major-General Al-Naemi has authored works on media globalization and security policies and is a member of the Arab Association of Political Science.
