Diana Alpysbayeva

Diana works for the Eurasia office, based in Geneva where she covers work for the Caucasus
region, Central Asia and supports the team in the various other dialogue activities in the Eurasia
region. Prior to her current role, Diana worked in organizing the annual Oslo Forum at HD, a
platform that brings together mediators and conflict parties to foster dialogue in conflict-
affected regions worldwide. She collaborated closely with HD's regional teams and the
Norwegian Foreign Ministry to ensure the success of this important initiative. Diana's
professional journey includes previous experience with the UN Women in Sukhumi, where she
was contributing to the grass-root community work and the OSCE Secretariat in Vienna where
she held various positions in the Office of Secretary General.
