Dr. Teia Rogers is the Founder and Executive Director of JRNY Consulting, where she leads research and advisory work on organisational transformation and equity-focused learning. With more than 16 years’ experience across conflict, post-conflict, and reconstruction contexts, she has partnered with organisations such as Oxfam and the British Red Cross to design feminist, participatory strategies that drive systemic change. Her expertise brings together social justice, peacebuilding, and youth leadership—centering frontline voices and creating space for diverse communities to shape inclusive futures.
