Since 2018, he has served as a member of the Community Protection Team supported by Nonviolent Peaceforce, where he now leads the Youth Protection Team. Gatthak empowers young advocates and change-makers through unarmed civilian protection (UCP) strategies, fostering safety, dialogue, and resilience in one of the country’s most complex humanitarian settings.
