Trokon Redem McGee is a development and humanitarian professional with over a decade of experience in peacebuilding, education, advocacy, and program leadership. He currently serves as Executive Director of Talking Drum Studio: Liberia Peace Center, where he leads strategy, partnerships, and programs that promote peace and social justice.
Alongside his leadership role, he is an Adjunct Instructor at the African Methodist Episcopal University, teaching social work and mentoring students. His past work includes senior roles with Search for Common Ground and Concern Worldwide, where he managed programs on peacebuilding, governance, gender equality, youth development, and humanitarian accountability.
Trokon is also an alumnus of the U.S. Department of State’s Community Solutions Program, the Caux Scholars Program in Switzerland, and the Swiss Peacebuilding Training Course (SPTC) at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP). He holds Master’s degrees in International Cooperation & Humanitarian Aid and in International Relations.
Recognized as a strategic and innovative leader, he is known for designing impactful programs, building strong partnerships, and driving initiatives that advance sustainable development and social change.
