Welcome to "Online Exhibitions”. We bring you a digital exploration of the physical exhibitions on display at GPW23. Engage with the passionate creators and organisers who brought these exhibitions to life, and gain insights into their inspirations, techniques, and narratives. Our unique format allows participants to move seamlessly between breakout rooms on Zoom, where you can connect directly with exhibition organisers and creators. Engage in thoughtful conversations, ask questions, and delve deeper into the thought-provoking concepts that define these physical exhibitions. In this breakout session, you will be able to hear from the organisers of the UN Peace Missions exhibition (hosted at GCSP, 4th floor in Pétale 4, Maison de la Paix). The exhibition is organised in the framework of a five-year research project on the impact of world politics on UN peace missions. In that project, a comprehensive dataset on UN peace missions was established. The session will first provide an overview of the project and the dataset. Team members will then take you through the exhibition and its interactive mobile app to take you on an exciting learning journey that moves between the physical and the digital sphere. This will be an open session, so the team looks forward to your questions and feedback!
