Susanna Davies is Head of Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives at JRNY Consulting, where she partners with civil society and grassroots groups to co-create research and learning grounded in equity and social justice. A feminist practitioner and protection specialist with 16+ years in humanitarian action and systems change, she grounds her work in gender justice and rights-based approaches, producing practical standards and tools across child and youth protection, safeguarding, and cross-sector collaboration. Her practice strengthens inclusive movements for justice, peace, and security while creating space for young people’s leadership to shape solutions.
