Victoria do Nascimento Houpert is a member of the Peacebuilding Initiative and a Master’s student in International Development at the Geneva Graduate Institute, specializing in Gender, Race and Diversity. An accredited lawyer in Brazil, she began her career in a criminal law office.
Co-author of a book about incels and a report on the health and gender impacts of gun violence, she’s committed to understand and combat contemporary forms of gender-based violence and misogyny. Believing in the power of art to provoke social change, she also co-founded Instituto Eduardo Guthler (@depontoavirgula), a non-governmental organization that designs creative campaigns and projects to promote organ donation in Brazil.
